”Nordwand”/”North Face” (2008, Germany)

A film about the attempt to conquer one of the most difficult Alps peaks through the northern path. Since 1935 a total of 64 climbers died while attempting to overcome the "wall of death."
The film depicts a 1936 two German and two Austrian trial. Olympic Games of Munich žas coming andthe German people wanted to get heroes of Alps. The film is really hard emotionally. What should be expected in the film? I can only say that the first time through the northern path this peak was overcomed in 1938 by four Austrians team.
I do not want to get these feelings the second time, so I appreciate the movie just „good".

Filmas apie bandymus šiauriniu keliu užkariauti vieną sunkiausių Alpių viršukalnių. Nuo 1935 iš viso 64 alpinistai žuvo, bandydami įveiktį šią ”mirties sieną.”
Filme vaizduojamas 1936 dviejų vokiečių ir dviejų austrų bandymas. Artėjant Miuncheno olimpiadai vokiečių tauta troško didvyrių. Filmas tikrai sunkus emociškai. Kokios baigties tikėtis filme? Tegaliu pasakyti, kad pirmą sykį viršūnė šiauriniu keliu įveikta 1938 keturių austrų komandos.
Kadangi antrą kartą nenoriu išgyventi šių jausmų, filmą vertinu tikrai ”geras.”
